One room for rent in a single-family home located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Rooms come partially furnished or unfurnished. Spacious closets for storage, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light.

Home is kept very comfortable year-round by our Mitsubishi Minisplit system and steam heat. Spectrum Internet and washer/dryer are provided. There is a home security monitoring service for peace of mind. House has 1 full bath and one 1/2 bath. Abundant on-street parking is available.

All utilities are included.

Easy walking/biking/driving distance of nearby colleges/universities, beautiful parks, restaurants, and other local attractions.

We are non-smokers and prefer tenants who are as well. We have an adorable, friendly dog, but unfortunately can’t allow other pets.
