Hello!

My name is Nastasia, and I am a 21 year old female living in Laguna Niguel. I am looking for someone to move in by November 1st. My current roommate is moving out to another state, hence why I need a replacement!

Your Rent is 1100 monthly. Along with a few bills that I will go into detail if we talk. (Would be around $100-$150)

The apartment provides in unit laundry, your own private bedroom with a view of the streets and beautiful sunset at night, mirrored closets, private bathroom with big shower, and big mirrors, hardwood floors/carpeted bedrooms, full kitchen fully stocked with pans, pots, cutlery, dishware, dishwasher everything!

The apartment also has a balcony that overlooks trees, the street, some shops and a sunset guaranteed every single night. Only about 10 minutes away from the beach. There is central air conditioning as well, and a cozy fireplace that only needs some wood and lighter fluid.

My apartment (living room) is FULLY furnished. It’s all of my furniture. If you would like to talk about switching something out, I have no problem discussing that.

I have a service animal (Golden Retriever) living with me, she is very friendly, loving and kind to everyone. If you are a dog person, you will fall in love with her. Just make sure to bring a lint roller :D

Roommate requirements:

I’m a super cool person. Only thing I ask of is NO DRUGS. If you smoke Weed, you can do it on the balcony, but please not indoors because I can’t stand the smell.

You will also have your personal parking space that is monitored 24/7 by security cameras right below our apartment. There is a pool, jacuzzi and in that area there is a hangout area with TV’s, grills, and an outdoor fireplace. There is also a 24 hour gym available to your use.
