• You will have 2 - 10ft x 10ft private room with closet in each and shared restroom with a clean male roommate

• Utility, Gas, Water will be Included with $200 CAP, excess will be billed to tenants equally.
• Washer / Dryer On-Site Available for Use
• Dining Room & Living Room for Use (you can bring your own furniture if you have, mine will be remove once I leave the property)
• Pitch in with mowing/trimming the lawn with roommates

Application Requirements: *One-person occupancy only *Must be a non-smoker (i.e. cigarettes, we are 420 friendly outside the house) *No pets allowed *Must have more than 3x the rent for income - Must be able to show proof *Credit report & Background check through apartments.com. Total Cost: $32 *Note: previous landlords and employment will be checked.
