The apartment and available room is fully furnished. There is an accessible guest bathroom in the hallway. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment. The apartment is very quiet and conveniently located in Ridgeland between Madison and Flowood. The Natchez Trace and Reservoir are within 5 miles of the apartment.

Bills included are electricity, water and sewer, trash fee, pest control and WiFi.

I am 26 years old. I am tidy and pretty quite. My miniature poodle, Chloe and I live together in the apartment. She is very active, enjoys to play, and is very friendly with everyone. For them most part Chloe is pretty chill. However, she can be a barker when out on the patio and sometimes in the house, so if you enjoy complete silence all the time please consider that.
