You would have the Master bedroom upstairs, of a 2 bedroom apartment located 10 minutes north of Carolina Beach, near Monkey Junction. It’s a quiet, peaceful place with a beautiful salt water pool that isn’t often crowded, a fitness room, and all new amenities in the apartment. You would have the Master upstairs bedroom and a private bathroom, which comes with a full shower and two sinks and a larger closet. The room is carpeted, and the kitchen and living room are wood flooring. The room has an AC unit mounted on the wall, as does the shared common space, as well as ceiling fans. The kitchen and living room are kind of a combined large space that is furnished already, but I’m willing to move things and adjust as needed. There’s a TV mounted on the wall in the living room that’s hooked up to internet, but I don’t have cable. The trash has to be carried a short distance to a dumpster. The water and electric and internet are not much. I will continue to have bills in my name, and you just pay me directly for the water and electric and internet once a month. There’s also a washer and dryer, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. You’ll have to be added to the lease, but you can do a month to month to start. There is a background check and credit check, and the security deposit depends on that, so it’s to be determined but can be very low or nothing. The application fee is $75. There is a monthly fee for adding a parking space of $25 a month.

One of my favorite things about this place is the jasmine vines that grow on the white fences outside each unit. When they bloom in spring, it smells like heaven every time you go outside.

It’s just me and my two cats, Darth Kitty and Willow. They are both sweet, affectionate kitties. There is no more room for additional animals. I’m very quiet and friendly. I don’t have a boyfriend and I don’t have friends over very often. I like to write and keep to myself mostly. My room is on the first floor. I’m 420 friendly, but don’t do it much, and I don’t smoke cigarettes. I like to keep things clean and smelling nice, this is a really lovely and peaceful place to live and I want to be here for a while, so I like respecting the space.
