Kym's room

I have a 2 bedroom apt on the ground floor. Washer and dryer in the unit. The complex has a gym and a pool. I am very conveniently located to 9 Mile Station and King Soopers. The room has a queen bed but it can be removed if you already have a bed. There is also the dresser but the clothes will be cleaned out.

I am a healthy person who works full time. I have a friendly dog and a cat. I am hoping to find a good person who will pay the rent on time.
