I have pretty much everything for the house. You would have space to bring your clothes, personal things, bedding and towels. There is a new double bed, dresser, TV and shelf in your BR.

I want a clean quiet respectful roommate to share my condo.

I do not want more than 1 roommates so if you have friends, family or a boyfriend please hang out there.

If you cook or do whatever I expect you to clean up after yourself as I do the same.

No parties and no smoking in my home.

I am an Esthetician. I have my own business and work approximately 11-7 Monday through Friday and half days Saturday. I work out before work so I am usually gone from 8am-7pm. When home I do laundry cook and clean and go to my bedroom. In the summer I am gone a lot meaning half the week because I have a boat on the river. In the winter I am more of a homebody. I travel in the winter. I am outgoing but also like my space. I have a great family with my 2 sisters’ families that include my 7 amazing nephews. I rarely ever have friends or family over as I usually go to their homes.
