Perfect Student Room or Large room for someone in need of a desk and lots of space. Since I just moved out, there are things I still need to do. (Curtains are going to be installed soon, fyi) Nice little home close to downtown Fort Pierce and Indian River State College. Looking for future tenants that are responsible, pay on time, clean, drama free and work (no work from home please). One large room available for 700 (share a bathroom) (furnished). Utilities included. Wifi included. Use of washer and drier and kitchen (everyone must clean after themselves). I do not mind pets as long as other roommates are not allergic to them and you clean up after them. (Please no yappers, dogs that constantly bark) Pet fee applies (100). I have a large backyard that dogs can play in. First months rent and security of 350.
