I have a 3 bed 4 bath fully furnished townhome in Craig Ranch (Mckinney Texas) currently 1 of the rooms is occupied by a single tenant. I am Traveling internationally until August and am currently looking for someone that would be interested in exchanging a portion of rent to help with my 2 dogs. My 19 year old son lives in the home and is currently gone from 6am-6pm during the day.

The community offers 7 resort style pools, 4 gyms, work space, a yoga lawn, personal trainers, a small grocery store and food trucks weekly.

The 1st room available is fully furnished with queen bed, workspace, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. All common spaces are shared space. There are two living areas, a fully stocked kitchen and shared washing machine and dryer.

All bills are included and tenants have full access to all amenities including personal trainers!

There is currently 1 young, quiet professional male here that would be a roommate with you.

All parking is street parking and a select few spaces in a parking garage that are 1st come 1st served.

Monthly rent does include all bills and weekly cleaning fee. Rooms must be made available for cleaners weekly.

These rooms will be available from February to July 1st. I am happy to make an agreement for the full time or for a single month.
