Hey everyone(: I’m looking for a third roommate for my beautiful brand new North End apartment starting 9/1. Rent is $1200 heat and hot water included. The apartment is fully renovated, brand new everything. It’s located right on Hanover Street above Parla, across Modern Pastry. And yes I’ll throw you a croissant and cannoli at your window every morning.

About the roomies
About me: I’m 24 working in real estate full time. I like biking, going to the gym, hanging out with friends. I also like going out/staying in whatever really, just like to go with the flow!
The other roommate is a guy who is also 24. He works full time as a videographer and is a clean, respectful, friendly professional.
