Francisca's room

I have two rooms for rent in my 4 bedroom home in Tampa Heights. The idea behind the two rooms is that one would be your bedroom and the other your living room. The bedroom is fully furnished; however, the living room is not. The bedrooms are next to each other and tucked away behind the kitchen which gives you more privacy. Your bathroom will be mostly your own except for when I have guests as that is the guest bathroom. The kitchen will also be shared. Im very clean and like a tidy and organized home so I would expect the same from my Roomate. As per parking, I have a wide parking pad in front of the house; one side will be for your use and the other for mine. You will have space for 2 cars on your side. I also have a beautiful garden filled with trees and plants which we will share. I will the maintenance of it but I of course ask that you keep it clean and organized. Wifi, water, alarm included. Electricity split monthly.

I currently live alone, with my two cats and puppy (6 months). I work in mental health services and have a passion for helping others! I love gardening, camping, kayaking, anything that’s to do with the outdoors. On the week though, I work and spend most of my other free time at home, watching tv, reading, baking, hanging out with the pup, etc.
