About the room
The property is beautiful and clean. 40 minutes from DC. Centrally located to gyms; shopping centers and more. The inside is fairly updated. The home and all rooms has it’s own personal key code to enter. The unit has a washer and dryer accessible to all roomies. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, a TV, eating table, etc. The common area is open to all, so please clean up behind ones self. We have a weekly cleaning service so that the home will be kept nice and clean, but please do not abuse this service.
About the roomies
Currently everyone that stays in the home are active, long day workers who barely remains home. Everyone is expected to do their part to maintain the functionality of the home. We also do not mind socializing, ex: hanging out, going to night events, bowling as a group or giving you your peace.
We are all professionals who are trying to build, grow and enjoy our hard efforts.
