All units come with their own individual, energy efficient appliances as standard (washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, convection microwave and a tankless water heater system). Just need to be clean in the common spaces!! I’m studious and am okay with you having guests and having whatever social life you prefer, since rooms are on separate floors. I’m quiet and very organized. I am the roommate that cleans the kitchen if there’s a mess, but wouldn’t say I’m a fan of that lol. I also love baking, most vegan, and making waffles, so that’s like a bonus of living with me.
