ISO: New roommate ASAP
Area: Avondale. Close to Belmont Blue line, Belmont and Milwuakee Buses, 90/94
You: responsible, considerate, clean
Us: Me (Bernice) & Tim, and Chris. We all work for Lettuce Entertain You restaurants. We like to keep it low key but we have people over once in a while.
$$$: your rent is $682 a month, we will pro rate it if you move in before February. Utilities per person are about $70 including gas, electric, internet. The three of us are on a year lease until July. You will not be on the lease unless you want to be which will cost about $300 (fee for changing lease contract, move in fee, credit check).
Apartment: Brand new in 2017. 3 bed 2 bath, 1st floor of a 3 story building, new appliances, dishwasher, a/c, fire place, washer/dryer in unit, street parking and one spot (we can switch off months). Your room has a closet and fits a queen sized bed with room to spare. You share a bathroom with Chris.
