The master bedroom has a king bed and own bathroom, closet, ceiling fan, TV with chromecast but no cable, small refrigerator, and a microwave. Access to Kitchen and dining area and washer/dryer.

The house is in North Hills California inside a gated community of similar homes. Built in 2005. It’s a quite neighborhood with schools, shops, grocery stores, and access to both the 405 and 5 freeway. It’s a perfect location as we always seem to be out of danger from 🔥’s and we are only 15minutes from Hollywood, Universal studios, and 20minutes from Six Flags with no traffic of course😂

Smoking only outside, No drugs,

I’m a mom with 3 children..We are very friendly, sweet, and loving😊 and also we value privacy😊 So, no worries my children will leave you alone😊😁…I love to cook, watching movies, and explore😊. I have a sweet cat and birds 😊..
