Hi we have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease. From no later than September 1st till February 21st. You would have the option to renew then. I have the master bedroom with a walk in closet and attached bathroom. Washer and dryers are in the apartment. We have an electric fireplace, balcony, vaulted ceiling, and large windows. I currently own all of the furniture so it will be unfurnished. There will also be no pets but I’m sure my roommate would be fine with you having one. Rent is 794 each xcel is around 50 each. Any extras would need to be discussed between you too.

My roommate is mid twenties. She works full time and primarily works nights. She keeps to herself and mostly stays in her room. She is only comfortably with having female roommates.
