Corine's room

Large, private, furnished room with high ceiling, plenty of light, and a personal balcony on a quiet street in Woodland Hills South of the Boulevard. The room is located in an apartment with a private entrance adjacent to a house. The other room is occupied by a 30 y/o female and we are looking for another female. You would be sharing the bathroom and a spacious kitchen/laundry room with the other roommate. There is plenty of parking right in front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Calabasas Commons. Sorry no pets, no smoking.

The other roommate is a writer in her early thirties who values calm and no drama. You would have little to no interaction with the owner of the house as they have their own entrance. The washer/dryer is shared on a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
