2 blocks from the beach in pacific manor neighborhood (north pacifica). same block as bus stop and hwy 1 ramp. 10 minutes to SF, 25 minutes to downtown SF. outdoor yoga space, garden, hammock, grill/bbq, fire pit, and plants everywhere! must be a true animal lover as you will be living with a 15 year old dog, and there may be a cat here in the next few weeks as well but that is TBD. There are 2 rooms available for this price. 1 bedroom with walk in closet plus one multifunctional room (bedroom w/ armoire, desk/couch as a guest room or home office.) You get 2/3 of space for less than 2/3 price. I am in the room in the back. Before covid I had a couple using both rooms. during covid we converted one room to a fully closeable and locking bedroom and had 2 individual roommates. Now I am ideally trying to go back to one person or a couple, but not two individual people. The two rooms individually are 950 and 1000. But together they are 1750. Why? Because I am willing to pay more on my end to share my bathroom with less people and also to have the right person in here. The rooms are fully furnished since this has been an Air BnB but can be unfurnished depending on the situation for a long term person. As you can see from the pictures, both rooms have been rearranged a plethora of ways. Cleaning is a must, and non-negotiable. I am in my late 30s and have zero tolerance for 22 year old petty drama about who is taking out the trash. Just clean as you go, work as team, be mindful and respectful of others, and there’s not an issue ever and everything stays tidy. Don’t do your part and act like the rules don’t apply to you and it will be a very uncomfortable situation. We have worked really hard here to create a safe, chill, beautiful, happy,healthy, quaint little haven of an old house and want to make sure the right person is here- that appreciates the location, the space and wants to be here. Unfortunately we cannot have any more pets unless they are service animals or ESA animals. An ESA letter is relatively easy to acquire, affordable, and is good for 1 year, also good for travel, and worth the time to get it.

I am a full time PhD student in 21 hours, and also still running an online health business. Massage therapist and trainer for two decades but closed my brick and mortar business during covid. So I am now on my computer 24/7 and work from home and need someone in here thats quite, respectful, clean, and health cconscious. If you are eating fast food every day and not rinsing out your TOGO containers and recycling them and just filling up the trash can (and then not taking out said trash) you will not be a good fit for this house. I care about the earth and environment and am an avid outdoor sport enthusiast and gardener, so I even compost! I would love a like-minded individual that pays bills on time without me asking, is easy going, clean, mindful and considerate, works or studies or both, and appreciates the space and location, and doesn’t mind the occasional backyard bbq or friendly gathering.
