West Center Street

I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting in August. It is a room in a four bedroom apartment only a 5 minute walk to the U of A campus and a 10 minute walk to Dixon street. The room is furnished and has a private bath and walk in closet. Amenities include a fitness center, pool, community lounge, computer room, decks, etc. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Rent is $499 per month and includes a $300 visa gift card. All utilities are included in rent cost! Pets are allowed! Price is negotiable! I am no longer moving to Fayetteville and need to find someone to sublet.

There will be 3 other female students living in the apartment. Everyone has their own bathroom and walk-in closet.
