Surf and Sand Drive

I own an 816 sqft mobile home on my own lot in central Bullhead City. There’s a very long double gated driveway for ample off street parking. Right out the back door is a large covered balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy kicking back on when the weather is nice enough and also a smaller balcony out front with a wicker bench. My living room is fairly big and I do have a Game King slot machine, 55“ TV & PS4 for entertainment. The available bedroom is perfect for a single person. That room does have its own door to the bathroom, a newer futon that you’re welcome to use and an end table with a lamp and a new pedistal fan. The location of my home is perfect for pretty much everything, shopping, dining, the nearby Colorado River and beautiful Rotary Park and just a short drive up Hwy 95 to Laughlin for entertainment, fun, beautiful walks and spectacular food.

I am a single, never married and no kids yet 50 year old male. As far as my looks, I have often been mistaken for Slim Shady, especially when I lived in Phoenix. I am a very laid back and easy going person. I’m not much of a cook and if you like to cook sometimes would be cool. I’ve been very lonely living here myself, although I do have two Min Pin K-9 kids. My 13 year old male Min Pin I had got from family 7 years ago and my other Min Pin is a 4 year old female rescue that I adopted on Christmas Eve 2019. Would love very much to find a wonderful single female to move in soon.
