2 rooms available to choose from in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house on a hill in Maxwell Park, close to high street and 580 freeway. House has fenced in back yard and shared kitchen, shared dinning, living room and basement, shared bathroom. street parking is available. One room is very sunny 18x11 with closet, has views of redwoods and mormom temple this room is located above garage ( wifi router is in that room) we will provide and ac and heater for that room and other room has no views is 12x10 and has central heat is located next to bathroom. We can offer one room furnished or both rooms unfurnished depending on what you are looking for. Both rooms for rent for $1000 and both have closets. Not included in rent are utilities water gas and electricity and garbage split up. We pay internet. Kitchen will have a washer and dryer installed soon in the kitchen for convenience instead of the basement. Kitchen was renovated 3 years ago & has gas and vent above stove. New flooring in entire house, and comes with alarm system. House is on a hill and has street parking. The back yard has fruit trees and is sunny & has a deck with views of the Mormon temple. We will also be getting an outside shed for more storage.

we are a couple who are dog groomers with a dog and small chinchilla who lives downstairs. we groom some dogs from home downstairs in the garage and basement and work at various grooming shops in the bay. David 39, is a rock musician ( practices at a studio) comes from a Catholic Latino family raised in the mission of SF and myself, Eva 48yrs from a Swiss protestant family, having lived in the USA since I was 16. No smoking is allowed in the house except for vaping in your rooms and all smoking is allowed outside. We are looking to rent 2 rooms out but so far do not have roommates.
