Albert Street

Hello, I am looking for 2 roommates for my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Both guest bedrooms are furnished. The house is nicely furnished and rent allows use of all appliances and furniture in house including the washer machine and dryer, keurig, etc. Rent includes all utilities including internet (1.2 Gigabit plan!) and I will share my Netflix password and any other streaming service with roommates. The address is right next to walmart and sams club…easy shot to downtown or southside using Truman parkway or the malls straight up Montgomery crossroads. Location is great!! Neighborhood is nice and quite. Lease would be month to month and is available from July 15 to September 7th.

Right now there is another roomate. I am a single pharmacist and am looking for roommates. I am not looking for any partying. I like video games, anime, tv. My roommates do not need to be my friends but it would be nice if we could get along and hang out from time to time.
