Master room with private bathroom and two closets. Pics are old, flooring is hardwood and bathroom has regular bath tub and shower installed now. We keep a very clean house and require that you do too. Utilities included. Rent can be paid via venmo, cashapp, check, or cash.
About the roomies
I am not home often and use the smallest of the three bedrooms. The other renter is a young lady, day care teacher, quiet and keeps to herself. I have 3 small dogs with me when I am home so you must be comfortable with dogs.
