This is a newly built house is a luxurious neighborhood. The house has 4 bedrooms. I’m renting out only 2 of the bedrooms. So, you’ll be sharing the bathroom with another person.

$500 deposit + $20 utility. My conditions: 1- clean and quiet 2- no pets 3- clean the common areas once a week 4- salary at least two times the rent 5- rent on time

I’m a university professor. I’m clean, quite, don’t smoke and don’t have a pet. I expect the same from you. Please respect these conditions.
