Looking for roommates! (roommates preferred aged 22-35)

Elegant, classic 2100+ sq ft home in the quiet Ravenswood subdivision. This is a great location only 1.3 miles from the Milwaukee Medical College of Wisconsin, 2 miles from downtown wauwatosa, and 10 minutes to downtown Milwaukee or Mayfair mall! Parking- Street parking is free and easily available. A garage spot is available for $35 per month.

There may be a total of 3-4 people living in the house, including myself and my two dogs.

All utilities included such as: Electric, water, internet, lawn maintenance and snow removal.

Laundry- on-site free

Bathroom is shared.

Dogs are allowed if signing a long term lease of 12 months & included in the rent with only a deposit required. No rent is required for them.

Storage- There’s lot of room in the basement and house if you need to store anything or have your own furniture.

Short term lease and month to month options available. Anyone signing a 12 month lease is eligible for a discount on the rent.

Currently only myself who is a 27 year old female and my two dogs (pictured) huckleberry & Finley. I’m looking for someone that’s relatively close to my age and is fine living with dogs. I am a very responsible pet owner and will not require you to take care of my dogs in anyway. I am organized and like to keep a fairly well organized and clean house.
