The room for rent is located in the basement. The only other space in the basement is the shared laundry and storage room. Big private bathroom! Screened in porch located off of the bedroom to walkout backyard.

The other two roommates are responsible, young professionals. One roommate does have a small dog who is very friendly and quiet. Both roommates enjoy socializing outside of the house and when they are at home like quiet movie night. Both other rooms are located upstairs away from the room for rent.
