Nestled in the Hills of the Reservoir, 909 on Chauncey is part of a growing diverse neighborhood that is close 83, but also right next to the charms of Hampden and Charles Village.

During the warmer months, two blocks away is the Druid Hill Lake and Park, being the second largest urban park on the east coast, there is plenty of room to roam and plenty of events that take place around the lake and in the park. My personal favorite is when all the food trucks come.

During the colder months, this cozy house has a first floor gas fire place that comes on with a flick of the wrist. If this fire isn’t enough, the house also has two heaters for a dual zone attack on the cold weather.

This room for rent is for the weary professional, being right next to 83, access to and from the beltway is a breeze no need to drive all the way to the county. And because i’m a professional and a gamer, the house is pre-wired for internet in each room. Each room has a Tivo Mini and LED tv that allows for cable tv, netflix etc…

All the utilities and internets are included in the rent. So all you have to do, is leave work, come in, kick your shoes off and enjoy being at home!
