Denver Way

The room is located in the awesome town of Longmont, CO, less than a mile from Macintosh Lake! Only twenty-five minutes from Boulder and forty minutes from Denver. Longmont has parks, great places to eat and outdoor activities!

The apartment is a three bedroom, safe and friendly neighborhood! The apartment includes a large garage for your parking and storage of bikes and any other outdoor gear! The bedrooms all have closets and large windows that open to let cool air in from the swamp cooler! Heat bars are in every room to keep you cozy through the Colorado winter!

The common areas are shared, but very spacious so we’re comfortable and not stepping on each other. You’ll have your own space in the pantry, cabinets and fridge. Common areas are not furnished. We will be adding some furniture, but yours is also welcome!

Kate and Dennis are responsible, artistic hard-working adults. We work different hours of the day so a “schedule” is not really kept, so we respect you and the space accordingly. We enjoy trying new hobbies together and enjoying all Colorado has to offer outdoors! We like to both order pizza and cook; veg on the couch and play outside, so both will happen. We’re equally okay with being friends with our roomies or keeping to ourselves. We rock, you rock, let’s rock together!
