Hello! I have a room available in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Fort Collins at The Seasons at Horsetooth Crossing. Rent will be $850 a month plus utilities(gas, electric, water and wifi).You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The living room and kitchen will be shared areas and are already completely furnished. The complex has a pool and jacuzzi as well as a small fitness center. Thus far I have not had any complaint about the complex, area or neighbors. The unit also comes with a washer and dryer in unit. I’m looking for a female roommate between 21-26.

I recently moved from California. I’m 20 but soon to be 21. I work full time, but won’t be attending school this semester. I enjoy being outside hiking, camping, or doing something outside of the house. I’m super laid back and would like to live in a drama free space. I’m looking for someone who is clean and considerate of other people’s space.
