The rent is 1180 per month. The contractual term is flexible (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, etc.) Please expect to pay approximately $70 per month for utilizes.

The roommates keep to themselves and are very friendly. They are busy as they are either students or full time professionals, so you won’t see them around during the daytime. The house is kept clean as there is a monthly cleaning service done on the whole house. There is a shared kitchen and living room.

I need to break the lease in order for me to move to San Francisco for my new job.
