Michael's room

Master bedroom in a house that is located in a gated community with a pool, jacuzzi, gym, and club house. You will also get a garage parking space (due to the HOA you will have to park in the garage). Room has private bathroom and walk in closet. It will be furnished with a queen sized bed, side table, and desk. The house has a total of 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I will be the only other person living in the house. Utilities will be split half and half. Last most the utilities was about $230 for two people. That was for gas, water, electric and sewage. I’ll pay the WiFi bill myself so that’s free for you.

Im a pretty laid back guy. I don’t smoke or drink. Just moved to Roseville from living over seas for the past 3 years. I work on Beale AFB as a contractor. I would prefer someone who is also military affiliated but I’m open to others as well.
