I am a hard-working professional, working for a government contractor. I have the typical 8-4/9-5 job. The apartment is completely furnished, other than the spare bedroom. The spare room, which would be yours, has it's own private bathroom. There is a patio and fireplace. Cable and Internet are already set up. If you don't want cable in your room, you are welcome to just pay half of the internet. All utilities are included, other than Electric, which ranges from 25-65 each per month. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, and there is a washer and dryer unit in the pantry. I have a wonderful dog, who would obviously not be your responsibility. He is friendly and wouldn't bother you, unless wanted! We have a free gym, free package delivery service, trash valet, and free parking. Assigned parking is $25 a month if you are so inclined. I keep a very clean apartment, and am very respectful to those I live with. I would not mind making a new friend, but if it is strictly a roommate relationship, I understand that as well.
