This property is just newly constructed and located in a prime spot in Rancho Cucamonga, 5 to 10 min away from Target, Trader Joes, Victoria Gardens, and much more! The location of this room is great as it is located away from the common space, providing privacy when needed. Every room in the house has its own bathroom so there will not be a need to share with other housemates.

We currently have 4 people living on the property, but one of us is leaving. We are all pretty chill guys in our early 20s. We are easy going, respectful of other people and their spaces, and prioritize cleanliness, COVID safety, and good vibes. Looking for a housemate who is similar in these aspects!
