I’m very down to earth, easy to get along with. Monthly Utilities : electric/water/ wifi/ cable are NOT included in rent (SPLIT evenly) each month.

Full use of the common areas & onsite laundry, backyard & driveway parking. My home is drug, smoke & drama free!! Absolutely no exceptions! NO smoking except for outside. (No exceptions)
