Camille's room

Looking for someone to take over my lease through May 1, 2022. This would be for a private room and bath on its own floor. The house is shared with the current roommate and her two (very well behaved and cute) dogs. Room is on the ground floor of a three story condo with a two car garage. Kitchen, main living area, and the other bedroom/bath are on the main second floor. Third floor is currently empty but can be an office.

It’s an amazing location, steps to Whole Foods/Trader Joe’s, West Sixth bars, the Town Lake Trail, and numerous restaurants and shops. House is fully furnished except for the offered room.

W/D in unit, free gated parking, landlord pays cable/water/gas/trash so we split electric, internet, and rent. Monthly rent per resident is $1,500. Utilities on average run ~$90/person and internet is $45 each. Must pass a background and credit check.

Current roommate works from home and takes client calls so please be aware that it’s a workspace during the day. She is social and friendly, very clean and a great cook.
