Room available in an old Victorian house/apartment building in Beacon, NY. Looking for a young professional 25-35 years old (preferably female). Clean and respectful of shared space. I am a young woman who works in Middletown during the week and spends most weekends in NYC. I am looking for a short-term renter (3-8 months). Month-to-month is an option.
