Pat's room

Medium sized bedroom (12.25’x12.25’ plus closet) available in a large home, only interested in a female roomie. Roomie to share 2 sink bathroom with lots of cupboard space, shower over tub, huge mirror, heater, and great exhaust ventilation fan. Along with room there is driveway parking , indoor laundry, and a pool. Large kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer with filtered water dispenser. Large living room with TV and sound system able to be closed off from main flow of the house. This room is availiable most of the time and can be reserved for special events. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood a couple blocks east of Lodi Lake.

First and foremost we are a house of believers, we put a high value on moral conduct and postivie attitudes. Pat (owner), is musician working on invention in seperate soundproof wing of home with private bedroom, bathroom, and office.
