Hello, my name is Nathan. I am getting married in February and need to find a Christian replacement renter for my lease. This is for the master bedroom in a very nice/ clean 3 bedroom apartment with two other male roommates each in their own rooms. Looking for a male only. These are the “Rancho Sante Fe” Apartment homes in Tustin, an Irvine Company apartment. Very clean, quite, and well-kept gated community. Right next to the spa, pool, and gym. All with a large, closed, private attached two car garage. This complex is close to Jamboree, the Marketplace shopping center, and many other convenient resources. Once again, this is for the master bedroom which includes garage parking, plenty of garage storage, and your own private bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment has very quite sound-proof walls, no noisy neighbors, and excellent heat/ AC. We are all very clean professional guys. My roommates are both great laid-back business professionals. We all attend and serve at an awesome local Bible church in Tustin. The room is available to move in on February 16th 2018. The lease will have a remaining 3 months upon move-in, and my roommates will likely be looking for another roommate living situation after the lease ends if so desired by you. The monthly rate is $1075, though I personally may be willing to pay a small portion of your rent up-front if you are able to fill the spot, considering that it is a short initial lease for you and very convenient for me and my future bride. My final selling point would be that this is the cheapest you can find for a master bedroom in an Irvine company apartment, with guaranteed parking, your own bathroom, and two very easy-going clean, Christian roommates.
