Cute little house with high ceilings in very quiet neighborhood with big deck and backyard. Available room is the ‘kids’ room with unattached, smallish full bath. There is currently a very nice bed and some bookshelves in there, but I can get those out. Small walk-in closet. Ceiling fan with lights.

I have a little adult dog who is very quiet except when someone knocks at the door or he hears the doorbell camera sound. He sticks by my side when I’m at home and he is NOT kid- nor pet-friendly, so there can’t be any children or animals around ever, no exceptions!!

The small kitchen, dining and living rooms will be a shared space. Working fireplace I’ve never used. The kitchen has new appliances and obviously needs to be kept spotless. I do also have quarterly pest control services.

Super close access to 35/Schertz Parkway as well as 3009. 5-7 minutes from The Forum. Clean neighborhood with lots of exercisers. Great neighbors.

It’s just me and my dog living here right now. I’m in my mid-40’s, financially stable, own the house, rarely have any visitors, my USAF-retired sister lives very close and helps with repairs and such. I’m pretty low key, don’t know many people in the area, but very friendly and trying to be more outgoing.

Non-smokers only, please. I don’t drink at all and don’t like to be around alcohol.
