About the room
Large house with dining area, full kitchen, Living room 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,Laundry, Office ,3 Car garage as well as another room which I’m not sure what’s called. The house is situated on a large shared lot, though we rarely see the other tenants.
2 bedrooms and one bathrooms are open and rent would drop substantially if both rooms were filled. In order to lease you will need to submit an income check to our landlord(combined income>$60K).
About the roomies
The other tenant and I are early 20’s have known each other since Elementary school and current are working full time remote and semi remote roles. We are both Pretty active and enjoy Surfing, backpacking and BBQing and are overall pretty low-key.
