Deon's room

We are located in between Beaverton and Hillsboro, about 20 minutes away from downtown Portland. Whole Foods, Safeway, Trader Joe’s and a shopping center is within close walking distance. We are on the 48 bus line and close to max stations. The room for rent is about 12’ x 16.5’ and you will have your own bathroom. Apartment has washer and dryer in unit.

We are a non binary couple in our early to mid 20’s with a 2 year old cat and 2 guinea pigs. We both are home bodies but we do enjoy hiking and indoor rock climbing. I work grave yard shifts and Theresa mainly works from home. We are looking for a laid back individual to rent our second room, preferably no couples but it is not a deal breaker.
