Arlene's room

The house is in Landstown Area in Virginia Beach. The master bedroom is downstairs with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a separate entrance door leading to the backyard. The room is furnished with a brand new queen-size Nectar bed that is adjustable with remote control, nightstand, dresser, and a 50“ flat-screen TV. It’s also OK if you prefer to use your furnishings. In addition, the house comes with Internet, AC/Heating, kitchen privileges, living room area, washer and dryer on the premise, and street or driveway parking available. All utilities are included in the monthly rent.

The roomies are a 55-year old professional female and two lovely Ragdoll cats. Into arts and crafts, reading, but primarily working. Kitties are super friendly and love to cuddle. Quiet household but can also be social with the right housemate.
