We are a small family, I work from home and have 1 teenager who is very respectful and proper. We are a very close family who has dinner together daily. I am recently divorced so I need to compensate for some of the lost income. We keep the house pretty clean and have 2 dogs that shed horribly, but we vacuum pretty much daily.
The tenant must be a female, who rarely drinks alcohol and must be nonsmoker unless you are okay with smoking outside 100% of the time. You will have access to the pool, and some areas of the house. Wi-Fi, electricity, and water are included. No Cable.
