I have no pets and am flexible with allowing pets (with pet deposit). I am the owner of the house so looking for someone who will respect my home as much as I do. I’m a quiet, laid back introvert with interests in horses, cars, cooking, movies and music. I rarely have overnight guests and occasionally have friends over. All my family are out of town so if they ever came to visit there’d be advanced notice. Security deposit isn’t 1/2 the rent but $150.
