John's room

Very nice home, on a golf course, in a very nice neighborhood. The room for rent is a guest room on the main floor of house. There is a private half bathroom, it does not have a shower, so would need to use a shower in a different room. We have 3 kids and the room is on the main floor, so it would not always be quiet when kids are home from school until bed time. Might be willing to pay for occasional babysitting, not required at all.

We are a married couple with three little boys, ages 2, 6, and 13. We are a fun and chill house. We keep our house clean and nice. We like boating, 4 wheeling, national parks, hiking and fun. We are professionals, an attorney and a nurse. We prefer a female roommate, who likes kids and is fun to be around.
