Kim's room

You would have your own room, and your own bathroom which is right next to the room. It has a shower/tub combo. There’s a washer and dryer in-unit. You would have your own parking spot. It’s a quiet HOA community with a lot of retired folks. There is a full kitchen, as well as a living room which is currently unfurnished for the most part. There is an in-ground pool within walking distance, nobody really uses it so you have it to yourself for the most part which is nice. Central heating/cooling.

Currently it is my boyfriend and I, along with our cat, Luna. I am a 26 year old female, currently going to Sac State to pursue a master’s in English for teaching. I work full-time for Whole Foods. My boyfriend is 33, and works full time. I like to spend my time outdoors, and traveling. My boyfriend enjoys traveling as well, we go on day trips throughout the month to explore. He enjoys playing video games, and cooking.We rent from an older couple who actually owns the unit, they live across the parking lot from us. The community is very quiet, as it is mostly retired elderly folks.
