Hello! I have just brought this property and am looking for a lady to come and share my home with me…

The room is single (might struggle to get a Queen/King bed) & shown in the picture. It has a built in closet. The bathroom is not ensuite but will be exclusive for you to use. The room is unfurnished but the rest of house will be furnished and you will have access to shared lounge, kitchen and washer/dryer.

The house is in a quiet road with private back yard and deck. The Broadlands subdivision has 3 pools, tennis courts and walking trails. Use of these is included in rent, but all utilities (water, electricity and internet) will be split between the 2 of us. There is a private driveway for parking plus additional street parking.

I am 36yr old professional who has just moved to VA from Atlanta. My fiance visits regularly from Atlanta and a couple of times a year I will have some family visit from England. I am a very quiet lady. I enjoy working out and relaxing with my fiance playing pool and darts.

Females only please. No pets. Monthly rent is $850. Utilities will be split between the 2 of us and could be an approx additional $150 pm. I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible and respectful of the house. No pets please. Smoking will only allowed outside.
