This furnished house has a gourmet chefs kitchen, brand new top of the line laundry and steam/dry cleaning cabinet, private pool, private yard/patio, lots of parking, 3 car garage with treadmill, TRX, and punching bag. Located 5-8 minutes from the beach. 5 minutes to shops, restaurants, and most anything else you would need. Minutes from hiking and running trails. Some storage is available.

No pets or children please. I have 3, for the most part, well behaved indoor/outdoor cats and small chihuahua. Must love animals.

Furnished OR un-furnished bedroom and private bath is available February 1st, but I’m in no rush to rent. I’m looking for the right fit for the house. Seeking clean, non-smoker, in their mid to late 30’s or early 40’s.

Rent is $2500 per month and includes all utilities. Utilities include: SDGE, water, trash, filtered water, high speed internet, cable, security system, weekly cleaning service, pool service and lawn service. $2500 security deposit.

6 month lease required and month to month thereafter.
