Kitchen includes all brand new stainless steel appliances. Whirlpool washer and dryer are located inside the house and are also fairly new (bought about a year ago). Room includes large closet, new ceiling fan, paint and skylight for natural light. Also access to master bathroom but must share only shower. Living room has new 65“ TV with soundbar.

No drama, no drugs, drinking or drama and none will be tolerated. I am 40, quiet, single male that works full time M-F. House is kept very clean and tidy both inside and outside. Not a party pad. Sorry no pets (cat may be ok) or couples. Must be currently employed. First months rent plus security deposit required to move in and must pass background check.
