Roommate wanted to fill the master bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom are unfurnished. You have your own bathroom. Located in a beautiful community at Park Newport in Newport Beach, overlooking the back bay and across the street from Fashion Island. The apartment complex is in a prime location with tons of stores located near by including Ralphs, CVS, Whole foods, ETC. The complex has several pools, a store/market, dry cleaners, hair salon, gym, washer/dryer room that takes credit cards and community events at this complex. The unit is available beginning June 1st. I am looking for someone responsible with a full time job. $2000.00 per month & all Utilities and internet range from $100-$175 per month depending on usage. I am currently the COO of a business and I am usually always very busy. I’m laid back and like to be out and about, i’m easy going and easy to get along with! Im very clean and usually have a maid come once a month to clean the entire house. Ive been here for 7 years so I know management very well and have no complaints.
